Sony organises the first game-auditions ever for the PlayStation game, Uncharted 3. The game characters will contain real actors, which will be turned into game characters. Fans can apply for an audition on Sony’s Facebook page. Only 12 European countries will be able too apply. Of which 10 European winners can go too the finals in America. The final winner will go too Los Angeles where they will prepare their own Uncharted 3 character. This will happen using Sony’s motion capture technology.

About the auditions
The audition for having a role in the update of Uncharted 3 takes place on facebook.com/SonyNederland, apply prior too Sunday 18th of March 2012, 11:59 PM CET.

The rounds:
Round 1: Name like Nathan Drake: Name the character.
Round 2: Move like Nathan Drake: Upload a video of your own moves.
Round 3: Act like Nathan Drake: Talk like Drake.

Op 20 maart maakt Sony de tien Europese finalisten bekend. De winnaars worden bepaald door een Sony-jury en het aantal Facebook-likes. De gelukkigen vliegen naar L.A. voor de finale op 28 maart 2012. Tijdens deze finaledag krijgen de winnaars o.a. acteer-workshops voor games en doen ze auditie voor de jury. De uiteindelijke winnaar gaat naar de Naughty Dog Studio’s voor een kijkje achter de schermen en gaat zijn eigen avatar voor de game creëren.
